They will primarily manage clients social media accounts – working collaboratively with agile teams to deliver brand-specific solutions.
Social Media Manager & Client Support - Position Details:
- Preparing content calendars for multiple clients
- Ensuring client posts are prepared and published on schedule
- Handling ongoing/daily communication with social communities and target audiences, responding to queries and comments in a timely manner
- Supporting client accounts with administrative tasks related to social media and digital marketing initiatives
- Performing research on current trends, benchmarks and audience preferences
- Managing influencer collaborations including the compilation of possible influencers, communication, execution and campaign reporting
- Working cross-functionally with multiple team members as needed
- Cross-checking and evaluating social posts with approved messaging, visuals and brand guidelines (ie. quality assurance)
Required Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts
- Strong expertise and understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Agency experience preferred but not required
Required Skills:
- You have a strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts through various forms of outreach
